Calling all leaders, clinicians, educators, and researchers. Do not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of healthcare. E20 is a forum about equity. We need all of you to make this work. Imagine a world in which leaders are selected on criteria that really matter. Where clinicians are rewarded for great patient care. In which the best educators are elevated to deliver effective teaching. Where researchers are awarded grants fairly. In which parents can be involved with their families in a meaningful way, regardless of gender. At E20, we will hammer out what the problems are, which approaches work, and what we’re going to do right now to turn equality into reality. We have powerful allies like NEJM, the George Institute, UNWomen and Male Champions of Change. We will hear from grassroots movements such as NoWEM, as well as the Colleges. Everyone will have a voice: two roving MCs plus cutting edge tech will ensure that no one is left out. On the final day of Coda, we will present our ideas on the main stage. This will seed ideas, conversations and actions which will grow until the next Coda in 2021, which is about ethics. Come ready to work, and assume nothing. Equity is the right thing to do. It’s time.
