Coda

Clinical Knowledge, Advocacy and Community

After a number of challenging, yet fulfilling years since evolving from SMACC, the time has come to bring the Coda project to an end.

The last few years for our healthcare community (as we all know too well) have been uncertain, relentless, and exhausting. However, since launching Coda, we are so proud of what the project has achieved. In addition to producing countless podcasts, videos & online events, we were so happy to finally hold our event, Coda22, last September in Melbourne. Coda22 was a stand-out for us – the program was our boldest and most innovative yet, the speakers were out of this world and re-connecting with our friends and colleagues was a much-needed delight. To top it off, the event was certified as carbon neutral by Climate Active.

In addition, the Coda project has developed a number of actions that have subsequently produced publications and taken important steps towards a more sustainable healthcare system – perhaps our proudest achievement!

While there will be no more Coda events or new initiatives, the Coda legacy will live on as we continue to release regular social content & podcasts recorded at #Coda22.

For those wanting to continue pursuing a more sustainable healthcare system, our Coda Earth Action Agenda templates are available for you to utilise.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all so much for your support – without our Coda Community, none of this would have been possible. We hope that our free podcasts & online resources will continue to educate, inspire & engage.
