BIG NARRATIVES FOR BIG PROBLEMS

The 4 pillars of our Coda mission: Earth, Cure, Educate and Ethics underpin big issues. Day 1 is all about unlocking our potential. We have applied a format that draws on rich narratives and stories to unfreeze these issues inspiring change, new ideas, new language and new conversations. Throughout Day 1 we apply a creative lens to each of the 4 pillars.

HOW WILL YOU TELL YOUR STORY?

Day Three is the beginning of the new Coda narrative and identity. We now turn our stories into action. Today is the invitation, as part of the Coda family, to take personal responsibility for forging your own path. The format becomes focused on actions and the speakers are narrating now as coaches with the delegates actively responding.

THE E20 SESSION

As we gather momentum towards Coda22, we sharpen a focus on equity. This session will consolidate the work over the months leading into Coda21 to develop actions for the year to come. We have exciting keynotes to announce soon who will help us approach difficult issues like supporting those in positions of disadvantage and helping tell their stories without taking ownership or agency away from them. How men can support women in the face of systemic, attitudinal and structural gender bias. How we can all wear the shoes or gloves of advocacy that we are hesitant to don.
