Kylie McArdle is dual trained in Intensive Care and Clinical Toxicology and feels incredibly lucky to live and work on the beautiful NSW Central Coast. She currently has too many jobs including Intensivist at Gosford Hospital, and Clinical Toxicologist at the NSW Poisons Information Centre and Calvary Mater Newcastle. She is also mum to two spirited young kids who help her keep it all in perspective.
Her clinical and research interests include the intensive care management of patients with severe poisoning, including drug induced hyperlactatemia and severe toxicity secondary to illicit substance use.
